This 28 Day challenge is completely dedicated to a toned bottom, strong back and defined shoulders.

Commencing Monday 2 OCTOBER.

Details of Build Your Back to Normal Program.

3 exercises each day. 3 Days then 1 day off cycle.


Here is the schedule of the first 4 days of the challenge:


DAY 1

Static Lunge                    3 x 10 each side

Glute Bridges on floor     3 x15

Superman                        2 x 10 


DAY 2

Overhead Squat                 3 x 20 

Couch Thruster                   3 x 15

Push ups on toes or knees  3 x Maximum

DAY 3

Couch or Chair Dips                3 x Maximum

Glute Bridges Feet on Couch  3 x 15

Horse stance Dynamic             2 x 12 each side

DAY 4

REST DAY
