Static Lunge 3 x 10 each side
Glute Bridges on floor 3 x15
Superman 2 x 10
DAY 2
Overhead Squat 3 x 20
Couch Thruster 3 x 15
Push ups on toes or knees 3 x Maximum
DAY 3
Couch or Chair Dips 3 x Maximum
Glute Bridges Feet on Couch 3 x 15
Horse stance Dynamic 2 x 12 each side
DAY 4
REST DAY
