Complete a circuit of 4 exercises twice as quickly as possible. The best time wins!

Tank Push  4 lengths                     Male  Gear 3                           Female Gear 2        50kg each

Incline D/B Bench Press Male  10kg                              Female 6kg 20reps

Seated Cable Row          Male   48kg                             Female  36kg   (Double handle). 20 reps
