Commencing Saturday 15 July

Finishing Thursday 31 August.

Complete a circuit of 4 exercises twice as quickly as possible. The best time wins!

500m on the rower                        Male Resistance 10                Female Resistance 7

Tank Push  4 lengths                     Male  Gear 3                           Female Gear 2        50kg each

20 Reps Incline D/B Bench Press Male  10kg                              Female 6kg

20 Reps Seated Cable Row          Male   48kg                             Female  36kg   (Double handle).

* The front wheels of the tank must cross the line each time for a valid lap/ length
