How to start the 28-day Core Challenge
Each week for the next four weeks, you'll challenge your core with a new exercise. Each day he should try to make the exercises harder. Day 1-7 Plank on forearms
Start with a hold of 30 seconds add 5 sec each day for the next 7 days. Complete 4 rounds with 30 seconds rest between rounds.
Instructions:
Starting on all fours, elbows beneath your shoulders.
Draw your belly button inwards to engage your deep abdominal wall.
Lifting yourself off your knees onto your toes and hold for the prescribed period of time.
