The challenge consists of 6 exercises. You are to complete the specified number of reps for each exercise(in a circuit) in the order listed below as fast as possible. You are to complete the circuit twice.
The 6 exercises are:
20 Dumbbell Thrusters 4kg for Females 7kg for Males
12 Static (body weight) Lunges each side
15 Push ups for Males 10 for Females On knees for Females Toes for Males
15 One Arm Dumbbell Bench Row each side 6kg for Females 10kg for Males
500 metre bike ride (indoors)
Sled Push 8 lengths 10kg for Males.
