Winter Challenge over 12 weeks split into two 6 week challenges

OPEN TO PT & SMALL GROUP FITNESS CLIENTS

Starting  Saturday June 1

Finishing Saturday August 31

2 x 6 week challenges.

Challenge 1             Duration: 6 weeks  

Starting 1/6/19 (Saturday)

Finishing 13/7/19 (Saturday)

PT MEMBERS:

Complete a strength and fitness circuit of 6 exercises of a certain amount of reps as quickly as you can.

Circuit to be completed twice.

Regular check ins to monitor your progress.

Tanita Body Scan and waist measurement(not compulsory)

Challenge consists of 6 exercises completed as quickly as possible as follows:

Body Weight Static Lunge vertical shin 15 each side rear knee must touch cushion/ blue mat

Kettlebell sumo style squat on steps (Touch kettlebell to floor)

Male 16kg      20 reps Female 10kg          20 reps

Push ups   (nose must touch 2 cushions)                     

Males on toes 15 reps             Female on knees     10 reps

Sand Bag Bent Over Row  (butt against cage and bag must touch chest)

Males 15kg  20 reps                Female  10kg  15 reps

 Dumbbell Thrusters Neutral Grip to bench (Butt must touch the bench)

Males 7.5 kgs 20 reps       Female  5 kg           15 reps

Sled push 4 lengths of studio must pass blue tape

Males 10kg         Female              No weight.

Circuit to be completed twice

SMALL GROUP FITNESS MEMBERS

Timed challenge consist of 8 exercises to be completed as quickly as possible

Regular check ins to monitor your progress.

Check in days are on at 8.45am: Saturday 1 June Saturday 22 June Saturday July 13

Tanita Body Scan and waist measurement (not compulsory).

Challenge consist of 8 exercises to be completed as quickly as possible as follows:

Body Weight Static Lunge vertical shin rear knee must touch cushion/ blue mat

15 each side

Kettlebell sumo style squat on steps

Male 16kg       20 reps            Female 10kg          20 reps

Push ups  (Nose to 2 cushions)                                            

Males on toes 15 reps            Female on knees  10  reps

 Sand Bag Bent Over Row  (Butt against Squat cage and bag must touch chest) 

Males 15kg       20 reps    Female  10kg        15 reps

Trap Bar Deadlift (elevate to mid shin height)    20 reps

Males 10kg each side 20 reps  end  Female  5kg each side 20 reps   

Dumbbell Thrusters Neutral Grip to bench Butt must touch the bench

Males 7.5 kgs 20 reps       Female  5 kg           15 reps

Sled push 4 lengths of studio must pass blue tape

Males 10kg         Female               No weight

Run 1 lap of the block
