The Winter Hump Fitness Challenge (Part 2)


Starting 14 July Finishing 31 August 2019

The participant chooses either ONE of the three as their challenge:

1.     Strength -Rack Pull (Knee Level) deadlift for reps-50% of body weight loaded on bar for 1 min with good form.

2.     Fitness 2km Bike ride on indoor Assault Bike for time and take heart rate immediately after and 60 seconds after the challenge 

3.     Endurance 5 minute stair climb for distance( steps) and Heart rate immediately after and 60 seconds after (outdoors- on the Grandstand)

Prizes for Male and Female for each challenge
