Finishing Saturday 12 July.

Complete  2 rounds of a circuit of 3 exercises as quickly as possible. The best time wins!

Program

Exercise 1  Assault Bike                           500m     ALL  

Exercise  2 Dumbbell Thruster  to bench 4kg Female          25 reps

                                                                  7kg Male              25 reps

Exercise 3  Dumbbell Bent Over Row     6kg Female           25 reps

                      Neutral Grip                       10kg Male              25 reps

You can do the challenge as many times as you want.

Suggest you test clients every 3 weeks so they can see their progress

It's not necessarily about winning, it's about challenging/ racing against themselves. Getting a PB!
