28 Day Tabata Challenge 2025!

Here are the details so you can tell your clients all about it

 

Join the Jack & Hill  28 Day TABATA Challenge for October

 

Commencing Wednesday 1 October 

 

Tabata works like this:

 

Perform each exercise for 20 seconds then rest 10 seconds.

 

Repeat each exercise 8 times= 4 minute round

 

Go into the draw to win a two week Small Group Boxing Membership or Group Personal Training!

 

Week 1 & 2      Just 1 exercise each day for two weeks: Follow the calendar/ program provided.

 

Day 1 & 8: Bench Dips

 

Day 2 & 9: Squat         

 

Day 3 & 10: Burpee (No Jump)

 

Day 4 & 11: REST

 

Day 5 &12: Glute Bridge

 

Day 6 &13: Superman Alternating each arm and leg

 

DAY 7 & 14 Cross Crawl

 

Repeat 8 times= 1 x 4 minute round.

 

Weeks 3 & 4    2 exercises each day for two weeks

 

Day 15 & 22: Bench Dips & Glute Bridge

 

Day 16 & 23: Squat & Superman Alternating each arm and leg

 

Day 17 & 24: Burpee( No Jump) & Cross Crawl

 

Day 18 & 25: REST

 

Day 19 & 26: Glute Bridge & Squat

 

Day  20 & 27: Superman- Alternating each arm and leg & Burpee(No jump)

 

DAY 21 & 28 Cross Crawl & Bench Dips

 

Repeat each exercise 8 times.

 

2 x 4 minute rounds = 8 minute workout

 

I also recommend downloading an Tabata timer. You can find “Tabata timers” in most app stores on your smartphones or online.
