Jack & Hill's 6 Week Winter Hump Fitness Challenge

Commencing Monday 1 June

Finishing Saturday 11 July.

Complete  2 rounds of a circuit of 3 exercises as quickly as possible. The best time wins! 

Male & Female categories.

Program

Exercise 1  Assault Bike                            500m     Everyone

Exercise  2 Dumbbell Thruster  to bench 4kg Female        25 reps

                                                                      7kg Male              25 reps

Exercise 3  Dumbbell Bent Over Row      6kg Female          25 reps

                      (Neutral Grip)                       10kg Male            25 reps                                                            

You can do the challenge as many times as you want.

It's not necessarily about winning, it's about challenging/ racing against yourself. Getting a PB!
